Role:
The firm is hiring Litigation lawyer with a PQE of 6-8 years.
Job responsibility:
- Experience in effective litigation handling and management of arbitration, civil, property and other litigation cases at High courts and Supreme court.
- Drafting and vetting of various petitions, pleadings, writs, affidavits, counter affidavits, appeals, miscellaneous applications, affidavits, civil or criminal complaints and notices.
