Qualifications:
- Degree in law from a reputed institute/university
- 4-6 years of work experience in similar area in individual capacity with a MNC/reputed law firm (minimum 3 years of relevant experience of working in similar role IT/ITES services for US market ) Exposure to Europe, US legal requirement
- Must be open to work in extended hrs (as role requires coordination with clients based out of US)
- Excellent communication skills – written and oral both
- CS qualification with experience in corporate law compliances will be added advantage (Optional)
- A good team player and motivated to take up new challenges and tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership team and Finance Controller in leading and setting up processes for functioning of legal department.
- Drafting, reviewing NDA, MSA, SOW etc. with customer/vendor/other parties.
- Interacting (over call, mail etc.) with customers/vendors (internal/external) in US and in India
- Negotiating and bringing NDA/MSA/SOW to closure
- Maintaining repository of agreements/legal documents with synopsis
- Governing compliance to the requirement of agreements
- Researching on issues as required
- Individual contributor role
