- PQE 4-7 years in Media Entertainment corporates/media focused law firms
- Experience in drafting film/web series/TV web series production and distribution agreements
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements/MOUs pertaining to movie/TV series/Web series production/distribution and live events verticals
- Providing legal and commercial risk advisories to business stakeholders, managing crucial MISes and handling related ancillary tasks.
