Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience
- Understanding of intellectual property law
- Experience in drafting and negotiating high value software and technology deals
- Ability to manage high volumes within strict timelines
Responsibilities:
- Drafting & vetting of sports rights acquisition, endorsements, sponsorship and advertising contracts
- Working as a single point of contact for marketing, partnerships & tech
- Working with external legal counsels to ensure quality and timely deliverables
- Working as a team on internal projects relating to Data Protection, Legal Automation etc.
