Qualifications:
- Someone with proficiency in English with expertise in legal writing (contract, legal documents).
- Knowledge of intellectual property, information technology, advertising and contract laws.
- Someone who is detail-oriented and organised.
- Adaptable to new environments/processes and a fast learner.
- Prompt and diligent turnaround to cater to the needs of the business teams.
- Someone with 2-3 years of experience in copyright and information technology laws either in an in-house media company or with a media and entertainment law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiating agreements with brands, digital and social media platforms, artists, agencies and influencers.
- Support and advice the teams on general legal guidelines, norms, rules, statutes and development relevant to the influencer industry.
- Identify and act on emerging legal and business changes and ensure compliance thereto.
- Creating, developing and supervising legal administration for the execution of agreements and maintenance of legal data.
