Qualifications:
- LLB / LLM with Specialisation in IPR Laws. Experience in Years in Related Litigation. Hard Core Court / Litigation Experience needed. Personality & Communication to suit this Leadership Role. Preferably Living in the Vicinity of Gurgaon. Role will entail extensive Local, Domestic and International Travel so should be okay and open to the same.
- Someone who if need be can invest, has skin in the game, and is open to commit for a Long Haul. Someone Intelligent, Passionate for Work and Career, Bold with Capacity to take Calculated Risks and has Wisdom with Intelligence to be able to Advise on Vital Matters.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing a Boutique IP Specialist Law Firm Operating From Corporate Office in Gurgaon and Heading / Handling / Providing Legal Services to Support the IP Practice of TACT India in Terms of Civil Actions, Injunctions, Suits for Damages, Customs & Police Trainings, Registrations (All Formats), Police Liaison and Execution of Court Orders, Handling other IP Matters which come up from time to time.
- Should be able to undertake Legal & Compliance Due Diligence. Some Background in Finance will be helpful.
- Someone who can create, operate, run and spearhead a Law Firm. Someone who is a Self Starter, Very High on Energy, Fiercely Independent, Ambitious, Someone for whom Career / Work Takes Precedence. Someone who Fits In and can Lead and be part of the Team at the same time.
