- Currently part of legal department and worked on ISDA documented, CSA, GMRA
Job Role & Requirements:
- Loan documentation/facility agreements, consortium documents;
- Security creation and documentation including mortgages, pledge agreements, lien letters;
- Negotiating agreements with clients;
- Strong knowledge of RBI Regulations dealing with lending and Companies Act;
- Team player and enthusiastic to take up new work/challenges
