The opportunities :
They are looking for two Malaysian qualified Disputes associates to join our Kuala Lumpur office. Whilst the roles will be based in Kuala Lumpur, both associates will be key members of the team working across the Asia practice with colleagues and clients based in Singapore, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea and Japan, as well as Malaysia, London, Australia and New York.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English required (spoken and written). Mandarin language skills highly desirable;
- An excellent academic record;
- Experience working on disputes matters in a law firm environment, with experience in some of the fields of arbitration, infrastructure, shareholder disputes, investigations and financial sector disputes being particularly relevant;
- Exceptional communication and time management skills;
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn and enthusiasm to challenge yourself;
- Flexible approach to working hours.
