Paralegal
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant contract management experience, including familiarity with negotiating, drafting and analyzing commercial contracts
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification preferred or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- In-house and/or top-tier law firm experience preferred; experience with/exposure to commercial agreements
- Strong organizational, analytical, fact-finding, and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of matters, work efficiently and proactively, take initiative, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines, and oversee multi-dimensional projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation, negotiation, review and execution of procurement related contracts
- Create and maintain accurate records of all contracts and act as the point person for questions on Tesla’s contractual obligations
- Help the Business Operations and Global Supply Management teams to operationalize contracts effectively
- Develop and maintain template forms of agreements for our Procurement business
- Support contract finalization and execution, including coordination regarding internal approval processes
- Draft cease and desist letters related to trademark infringement and related issues
- Support agreement drafting for licensed content
