Hands on experience in appearance, arguments as well as drafting of Writs, Civil and Criminal Appeals and Revisions for High Court of Delhi is a must.
Responsibilities:
- The role will be to manage the practice for Civil Litigation (TPA Disputes, Consumer Disputes, Personal Laws Disputes), White collar crimes, Commercial and Constitutional Matters. Candidates with atleast 8 years dedicated experience in Litigation, having strong fundamentals of procedural as well as substantial laws with leadership skills and out of the box thinking to devise complex legal strategies.
- The present leadership Role will not include any Practice/ Business Development and shall only be limited to Client Servicing, delivery and management. Also, the Candidate shall be required to manage a team of around 10-12 Associates, Senior Associates and Principal Associate besides the interns.
