Qualification:
- Strong knowledge of Patent Law and Patent Prosecution processes
- Excellent Patent Application and Patent Preparation skills
- Experience in conducting Patentability searches and analysis
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in law, engineering, or related field
Experience:
Experience in the computer vision and machine learning industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
- The Patent Writer will be responsible for writing and preparing patent applications, managing patent prosecution, and ensuring patentability.
- The candidate will assist with conducting patent research and aiding in the process of filing for patents.
