Qualifications:
- A qualified lawyer with 8-10+ years PQE in [General Corporate, Corporate Commercial, PE/VC, Mergers and Acquisitions]
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex legal issues to clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic and innovative legal solutions to clients.
- Proven track record of success in legal practice, including a strong understanding of Indian corporate laws, regulations, and practices.
- Experience managing and developing client relationships with the ability to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Experience contributing to the development of the firm’s practice areas through business development, marketing activities, and thought leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research and drafting complex legal documents.
- Providing strategic legal advice to clients.
- Managing and developing client relationships.
- Representing clients in court and at tribunals.
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and providing guidance and support.
- Assisting with business development and marketing activities.
- Contributing to the development of the firm’s practice areas.
