Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian Laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in legal research, analysis, and drafting legal briefs and pleadings.
- Experience in representing clients in court and during negotiations, and working with other legal professionals and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team of junior associates.
Responsibilities:
The candidates will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, analyzing legal issues, and communicating with clients and external parties.
