Qualifications:
Requiring 5-6 years of experience in diverse areas of law with a focus on General Corporate International Arbitration
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing complex transactions with a focus on general corporate and international arbitration.
- Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing term sheets, share subscription agreements, share purchase agreements, and other key documents.
- Conducting comprehensive legal and compliance due diligence for target entities.
- Overseeing all closing formalities, procedures, and necessary steps.
- Mentoring and managing associates, taking full ownership of cases and teams.
