Recruitment Researcher

Qualifications:
- The successful applicant will have outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written), and be confident and highly motivated to work in a leading team.
- This role requires applicants to have a law degree (or equivalent), and experience working at a law firm (1-3 years).
- The role is based in Dubai and requires applicants to have a valid residential visa for at least 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Director/Manager.
- Actively working for the Manager/ Director on sourcing, shortlisting, screening, and briefing of relevant candidates.
- Conducting research into the Middle East Legal market, and writing articles for the company website and LinkedIn.
- Generating leads across the Middle East and the UK.
- Actively sourcing candidates looking for new opportunities in the region, and outside of the region (those looking to relocate).
- Broader administrative support work including; updating trackers and spreadsheets, managing the internal portal/systems, managing calendars, creating PowerPoint presentations, and scheduling meetings.
