The firm is looking for candidates (with prior experience in Contract Management; preferably from the insurance industry) to join its Non-Litigation team.
Job description:
Senior Manager (Role – Team Management):
PQE Requirement: 5 to 7 years with a minimum of 4 years experience in Contract Management.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Due Diligence
- End-to-End Contract Management
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and vetting
- Record Keeping
- Data Management and Reporting
- Process Automation
- DDR confirmation for branches
- Drafting of Police Complaints
- Management of Audits for Contract Management
- Ad-hoc Advisory (HR, Claims, Risk, Customer Grievance & Operations related) and related drafting.
Deputy Manager (Role – Individual Contributor):
PQE Requirement: 3 to 5 years with a minimum of 2 years experience in Contract Management.
Specific Responsibilities:
a. End to End Contract Management
- Due Diligence
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and vetting
- Record Keeping
- Data Management and Reporting.
b. DDR confirmation for branches.
c. Assisting Reporting Manager in:
- Automation of Contract Management Process
- Drafting of Police Complaints
- Management of Audits for Contract Management
- Ad-hoc Advisory (HR, Claims, Risk, Customer Grievance & Operations related) and related drafting.
Requirements:
- Good command over English language
- Excellent drafting
- Stakeholder Management
- Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Powerpoint
- Research
- Time Management
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
KPI for the above roles will include :
- Process Adherence
- TAT Adherence
- Audit Management
