Dr. Niteesh Kumar Upadhyay is currently serving as an Associate Professor of Law at Symbiosis Law School, Noida, and also holds the position of Research Advisor at South Ural State University, Russia. Additionally, He has the privilege of serving as a Guest Faculty at Romanian American University, Romania, and as an International Research Fellow at the University of Milan, Italy. His educational background includes completing his doctorate and Post-Graduation from the WB National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata.
