About:
Happay was founded in 2012 with a simple idea: paying someone, be it friends, family or colleagues should be as easy as sending a text message. With this in mind, they built our first consumer product, the happay mobile app- a mobile wallet that allows you to pay just about anyone, anywhere, with their mobile number. No bank account details required.
Role: Resource Person/ Sr. Resource Person
PQE: 4-6 years (Resource Person); 8-10 years (Sr. Resource Person)
Mode: Hybrid
Location: Whitefield Bangalore/ onsite (3 days a week for now); Mon-Fri
Qualifications:
- Preferably having prior experience of working in a fast paced environment or another startup.
- The legal professional should be a business minded person who can enable the business providing creative alternative solutions, whenever there are regulatory or other challenges.
Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales+Vendor+ channel partner Agreements/Contracts including drafting, reviewing and negotiations (70-80%)
- Others (20-30%)
- Advisory work/ Litigation/ Risk Assessment and Management, coordination with external counsel, reviewing policy documents, managing other team members ( depending on the role) etc.
