Qualification:
Bachelors degree in law
Experience:
PQE 1-2 years
Responsibilities:
- Engage in sales activities to promote company software solutions.
- Draft and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research and provide timely advice to the legal team and other departments.
- Manage legal files and coordinate meetings and court hearings.
- Act as a liaison with external parties, including clients and legal counsel.
- Monitor legal deadlines and ensure compliance with obligations.
- Assist in developing legal policies and procedures.
