Qualifications:
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- PQE of 2-5 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience in handling high-value disputes is a plus
- LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
Responsibilities:
The role involves handling a variety of legal tasks, including but not limited to commercial disputes, Arbitration, Criminal law, Intellectual property laws, IBC, Regulatory (Electricity/SEBI) laws, and providing strategic legal guidance to clients.
