Role:
Senior Associate – Competition Litigation
Qualifications:
- A UK qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE in competition law
- Proven experience in handling high court cases and representing clients in the Competition Appeal Tribunal
- In-depth knowledge of UK and EU competition laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide strategic legal advice
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for client interactions and court appearances
Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of competition law matters, including high court litigation and Competition Appeal Tribunal cases
- Conduct legal research to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice for clients
- Collaborate with a team of legal experts to develop innovative strategies for complex cases
- Represent clients in court proceedings and engage in negotiation on their behalf
- Provide legal opinions and advice to clients on competition law matters
- Stay current with legal developments and regulations in the field of competition law
