Senior Associate – Corporate Law

Qualifications:
- LLB
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate law from Tier 2/3 firm
- Strong knowledge of corporate and regulatory law, with an understanding of intellectual property law preferred
- Experience handling a variety of legal matters including corporate, commercial, and employment law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to explain complex legal issues to non-lawyers
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate, you will work with a spirited team of nearly 60 professionals to provide legal services to corporations and companies around the world. Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to researching corporate law, drafting legal memos and agreements, and collaborating with clients and team member, drafting/negotiating contracts, training the trainees, etc.
