- 6+ years of PQE
- Substantial exposure to a wide range of banking and finance transactions across the UAW and wider GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of LMA documentation.
- Note: Prior law firm experience is preferred, however candidates from In-house positions in banks/financial institutions will also be considered.
