Qualifications:
- PQE 6 to 10 years.
- Chartered Accountants or Lawyers with relevant years of experience in Tax (Corporate tax, International Tax & Transaction Tax) specifically in a M&A environment.
- Candidates having experience playing a key role in executing transactions is preferable.
