Qualifications:
- Possess a law degree from a recognised institution
- Be admitted to a Bar Council
- Be based in or be ready to move to Bangalore
- Have 4-8 years of experience in legal consulting and advocacy
- Have strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures
- Possess excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- It will be an added advantage for you to have prior experience in handling labour & employment laws, employee relations matters and as also exposure to technology contracts review and negotiation.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for day-to-day client tasks related to legal consulting and advocacy. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, directly interacting with clients, and providing legal advice and advocacy services to corporate clients.
