Qualifications:
- PQE of 4 years in Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation.
- Law Graduation
- License to Practice Law
- Good understanding of Law
- Good English communication skills (Spoken and Written)
- Ability to apply laws to the facts
- Focused approach towards work
- Willingness to learn new things
- Ability to lead a team
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and vetting of Plaints, Written Statements, Interim Applications, Replies, Statements of Claim, and Counter Claims etc.
- Drafting and vetting of settlement agreements, consent terms, commercial agreements etc.
- Review of real estate contracts and TIRs
- Providing overall guidance to Associates, Junior Associates, Trainees and Paralegals
- Conducting meetings with clients and providing legal opinions
- Appearances before Trial Courts, High Court, Arbitral Tribunals and other quasi judicial authorities
Salary:
Upto 5,00,000/- per annum
