Senior Corporate Associate or Special Counsel

Qualifications:
- 6 – 8 years of M&A experience
- Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with leading the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates and handling day to day demands on a variety of M&A related matters.
- Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
- Large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred.
