About:
Highway Concessions One Private Limited (#HC1) is the roads platform that manages and operates road assets held by Galaxy Investments II Pte. Ltd. HC1 currently manages 7 roads assets organised as individual SPVs – 5 Toll roads and 2 Annuity roads, located across 7 different states in India. Managed by the Board of Directors and run by a dedicated team of experienced professionals, HC1 masters all aspects of the business, forging ahead on the road to excellence.
Role:
Senior Counsel
Qualifications:
- 7-9 years of PQE with focus on M&A in the infrastructure sector;
- Prior road, InvIT and financing experience will be a plus;
- Ability to handle full lifecycle of M&A deals from a legal perspective including managing external counsels and managing cross functional interactions;
- Familiarity with FEMA and corporate laws;
- Ability to advise on operational issues in acquired assets.
Responsibilities:
The person will work closely with the general counsel to manage the legal function across the platform
