Senior Executive
Qualifications:
- Proficient in legal knowledge and its application
- Eye for detail
- Good understanding of US legal system
- Good understanding of US law and legal concepts
- Good understanding of US litigation (including e-discovery) and legal documents
- Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and good keyboarding speed
- Good experience of handling teams
- Exposure to US P&C Insurance Claims Litigation, US Civil Procedure, US Courts and legal documentation
- Awareness of processes like e-discovery, document review, case summarization, objective coding
- Ability to effectively work using desktop computer system, especially Microsoft Office with prior experience of working on client’s interface/tool
Responsibilities:
Managing litigation support services team providing following Claims Litigation Support Services –
- Review and analysis of description/narration provided in emails, documents, memorandums etc. by outside legal counsel and claim handlers during various phases of claims litigation like case assessment/development & administration, pre-trial pleadings & motions, discovery, trial preparation and trial, appeal etc.
- Case summarization
- Reminder emails to law firm if a case assessment has not been received within the first 90 days of the Assign Date and continue sending reminders every 14 days until the case assessment is received
