Qualification:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance/ MSc Finance
- Excellent understanding of accounting process and procedures
- Strong competence in Excel and Powerpoint – PowerBI will be an added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage several tasks at the same time
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Good organizational skills and flawless attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and act on own initiative
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Strong team player
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Positive professional attitude
- Eagerness to broaden experience and develop skills further
Experience:
- PQE 3 to 5 years
- At least 3 years prior experience in a Finance MIS Manager Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA Fi
- Experience working with accounts management systems
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of various MIS reports
- Analysis of Financial data
- Preparing and maintaining Financial Dashboard for various stakeholders
- Cost Accounting and variance analysis
- Financial budgeting and reviewing
- Developing, updating, and reporting on finance policies
- Work closely with CFO for general finance operations
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing team members
- Monitoring and preparation of cash forecasting reports
