Role:
Senior Executive – Legal
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years PQE
- Previous experience in a sports/ media company or a reputed law firm
- Good understanding of intellectual property law
- Experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating high value deals
- Attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes within strict timeline
Good to have:
- Passion and love for sports
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and vetting of varied documents relating to acquisition of media rights, ad sales, marketing, technology, etc.
- IP monitoring, enforcement and strategy
- Advising on litigation and policy matters
- Building a robust legal and compliance structure for FanCode
