Senior Legal Executive
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in legal background
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Drafting of Agreements , notices , replies, coordination with senior lawyers etc
- Education: LLB/ LLM
- Well versed with MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Power point, MS-Excel).
- Good reasoning and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and in oral.
- Drafting Skills – excellent writing and grammar skills, ability to write
- Concisely, clearly and logically.
- Highly Motivated and Confident
- Strong Personality
- Work experience from agency preferred
Responsibilities:
1. Drafting and Vetting of Agreements & Contracts for the company
2. Look from all the legal aspects of the Company
3. Preparing Leave & License Agreements, Side letters, Deeds, Contracts etc.
4. Drafting Agreement for Sale, Deed of Transfer, Power of Attorney, Will, Leave and License Agreement, Declaration cum Indemnity, Public Notices, etc.
5. Coordinating with Clients
6. Preparing and reviewing legal documents
7. Identify, anticipate & mitigate legal risk in the legal documentation.
8. Excellent drafting & negotiating skills.
9. Drafting Legal notices, Reply, Complaints etc.
10. Handle all litigation matters and non litigation
