Responsibilities:
· Good knowledge in regulatory compliances primarily Indian laws.
· Knowledge of working with external consultants primarily involved in ISO certification.
· Manage and track contracts from commencement till expiry (or) determination of contracts including drafting, vetting and negotiating all commercial contracts
· Good hands on experience in vetting various commercial contracts such as Service Contracts, Master Service Agreements, NDA’s, Annual maintenance contracts etc.
· Good knowledge in data protection/ data privacy laws.
· Handling of compliance audits, internal external and statutory compliance audits
