Specialist – Legal and Compliance Solutions
Location:
Hyderabad, India
Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of work experience
- MBA degree preferred.
- Experience in SAP Concur tool is beneficial
- Should be good in MS Excel and email writing
- Should set up meetings and interact within team and client efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Review expense reports and activities assigned by the Lead reviewer
- Follow up with the sales force teams for details of inaccurate entries. Maintaining prompt communication with business team as required
- Documentation of any new process along with timely updates as the process details become available. Should perform audits for the reports submitted in Concur within timelines.
- Prepares emails and input the audit findings clearly to the employee and manager. Should identify application issues and inform the management within time
- Participates in report extraction and allocation of reports within team. Responds effectively to inquiries regarding audit findings within TAT
- Participates in special projects as requested. Responds promptly to customer needs; responds to requests for service and assistance.
- Expresses ideas and thoughts in written form; selects and uses appropriate communication methods.
