About the Role:
They are looking for Associate/Senior Associate to join their Team in Clarivate. This is a great opportunity to work with Fortune 100 clients to support them on various phases in IP Life cycle management. Associate/Senior Associate will work on various projects such as Prior-art Searching (Patentability/Validity/Invalidity), Infringement Analysis, White Space Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Freedom-to-Operate searches etc. Their team consists of 30+ team members reporting to the Manager/Sr. Manager/VP.
Location: Noida, UP/ Mumbai, Maharashtra
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s/PhD (preferred) degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Expertise in one or more of computing concepts such as Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Block Chain, IoT, Computer Networks, DBMS, Operating System, Data Structures etc.
- Preferably 0-5 years of experience in IP Service.
- Any relevant course or certification on Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, AI and/or other Computer Science topics
- Knowledge on US/EP Patent Laws
Responsibilities:
- Preparing reports by performing patent/non-patent prior-art search and technical analysis to support clients on patent filing decisions
- Contributing to client’s strategy development process by applying your technical proficiency and creative problem-solving skills to recognize market trends, opportunities and threats
- Identifying and analyzing patents in client’s portfolio that may be relevant to technologies that are being deployed and/or used widely in industry
- End to end ownership of work products and effective project communication with relevant stakeholders
- Quality Assurance – Adherence and compliance to set quality standards ensuring customer requirement are met in full
- Updating technical skills proactively in upcoming technologies being widely used across industry
