Role:
Sr. Executive- Regulatory Compliance
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in commerce/finance or equivalent experience.
- Pursuing general LLB/ CA / CS would be additional advantage.
- Good communication skills, Quality management, Financial Planning and strategy, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in General Insurance or TPA in Compliance function
Responsibilities:
· Analysing of IRDAI & IFSCA Circulars/ Guidelines, preparing brief summary and preparing checklist wherever guidelines are applicable to Intermediaries (Brokers).
· Ensuring Advertising compliance as per applicable guidelines, review internal proposal and provide necessary disclaimers, approve and timely filing on BAP portal of IRDA.
· Filing of Regulatory Returns for IRDAI.
· Prepare declarations, undertakings as per business requirements, Tenders etc.
· Update monthly compliance calendar, assist in drafting SOP’s, Presentations as per Compliance Framework requirement by the authority.
· Working with the wider compliance functions to identify emerging regulatory risk and to enhance and expand reportable issues
· Coordination with internal stakeholders for various data analysis, detecting and preventing any money laundering activities
· Review of Terms of Business Agreements and provide inputs as per IRDA Compliance purview.
