Qualifications:
- Preferably have atleast 6 months internship experience in same or different IP law firms of Delhi.
- Working knowledge in trademarks filing, ER reply, affidavit of use, Notice of Opposition, Counter Statements etc
- Looking for a self starter who has knowledge of all practical aspects (legal & para-legal aspects) of trademark and copyright law, rules about govt fees, trademark classes, section 9 and 11 objections etc.
- Prefer someone living in and around Jangpura ext / South Delhi and is willing to work without any conditions (work life balance issues etc).
Salary:
Remuneration upward of Rs. 20,000/- per month depending on drafting skills, research skills, knowledge and experience and contributions to the firm’s revenues.
