Qualifications:
- Law Graduate (3-year or 5-year LL.B.)
- Registered as an advocate with Bar Council
- Registered with Trademark Registry to practice before Tribunal/Court*
- PQE: 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Checking and advising on the availability of trademarks.
- Filing trademark applications to assist clients.
- Responding to a trademark objection.
- Litigating matters related to trademarks before the tribunal/court.
- Research trademark infringements and take action for the same, if required.
