Trademark Paralegal

Responsibilities:
•Preparing and filing electronic Trademark Application, Affidavits, Trademark Assignments, renewal etc.
•Preparing Trademark objection Replies
• Maintaining Diaries for due dates, performing trademark search, and trademark watch for opposition matter, trademark portfolio management,
•Performs searches of the trademark journal and Trademark Database
• Support attorney to prepare documents pertinent to oppositions, cancellations and litigation.
• Preparing and sending email to clients and registry
