Role:
The firm is accepting applications for the long-term Internship program. Part of the Energy team at Bengaluru. The role may involve research and drafting work on regulations related to Open Access, Deviation settlement mechanism, Wheeling & Banking of Electricity, Power Purchase Agreement and other Energy Law related matters.
Description Of Work Areas:
Assist in preparing and filing various matters before Karnataka Electricity Regulation Commission (KERC), Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) and High Court of Karnataka.
Ideal Candidate:
- Student of 3rd, 4th and 5th year of BA.LL.B/LLB
- Have strong communication skills.
- Good legal knowledge (Electricity Law, Law of Contracts)
