Qualification:
- Currently pursuing LL.B. ( Fourth year and final year in 5-year course / final year in 3-year course).
- Strong interest in corporate law, contract law, and legal research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and legal documentation tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, and professional work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (MNDAs).
Assisting with legal research on regulatory, corporate, and commercial matters.
Supporting the legal team in reviewing corporate and commercial documents, such as MoUs, service agreements, vendor contracts, etc.
Maintaining proper documentation and version control of legal drafts and executed agreements.
Assisting with internal coordination and communications related to legal documentation.
Supporting other legal and compliance-related tasks and special projects as required.
Direct mentorship from experienced in-house legal counsel.
Insight into the operations of a dynamic legal department within a fast-paced organization.
Exposure to real-time legal issues and corporate governance documentation.
