The firm is looking for a Legal Associate in New Delhi, with having PQE of 1-2 yrs.
Job Description:
Corporate & Commercial Litigation at Delhi High Court, NCLAT and NCLTs along with General Corporate, M&A and PE transactions.
Preference:
B.Com/CA(I)/CS(Exe) +3 yr LLB or 5 yr LLB with prior exposure to IBC, Company Law, and Commercial Litigation.
