Role:
Mahindra Group is hiring for a Manager – Employee Relations (Legal).
Responsibilities Key Deliverables:
- Review of all relevant statutory laws and regulations applicable to the Company and ensure compliance with applicable provisions.
- Continual compliance risk assessment , update management, develop internal procedures, compliance training .
- Plan Implement annual Compliance Audit including development/ validatation of compliance checklists from Mcompliance portal / Group Legal and prepare audit reports and action planning as and when due.
- Work in coordiantion with plant legal SPOC , Advocates Group Legal team to keep check on the progress of the Legal matter , give inputs to Advocates towards reducing / minizing legal risks , attending court proceedings etc.
- Preparation and updation of Legal Docs, management of files and MIS on all legal matters including upkeep of Legal potral.
- Driving dizitization other projects related ER
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry initiatives and advise management accordingly
