Role:
Legal Intern

Qualifications:
Students in their FINAL year of law school or CS Intern can apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and editing commercial contracts – NDAs, service agreements, etc.
- Perform legal research as needed
- Support legal matters related to business projects
- Work on the preparation for presentation before the board or the regional legal head
- Draft board papers, notice, and agenda for board meetings
- Support the consultants for various ROC filing
- Give coordination and support to internal stakeholders for the collection and collation of information, data, and reports
- Handle correspondence and coordination with external stakeholders like lawyers, bankers, and other consultants
