Role: Counsel
PQE: 2-3 years
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Work:
drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements (including funding rounds with PE/VC investors) to advising the clients on regulatory issues, new product launches and changes to existing products, and general advisory on any other legal issues the client may have.
Additional details:
- Anyone interested in working with them would ideally be able to work across multiple practice areas given the nature of work that their clients engage in.
- Relevant experience would be good but not essential. All that is essential is a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of startups in hyper growth mode.
