Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates.
- Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process.
- Sourcing and screening candidates by using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Ideal Incumbent:
- MBA in HR with 1 year experience in recruitment.
- Frontline/ Bulk hiring experience is desirable
