About:
Adv. Vishal Sharma is an independent Law Practitioner based in the Union Territory of Chandigarh. He provides comprehensive legal services to corporate sector, public sector and private organisations apart from individual clients. He handles litigation on Civil, Criminal and Writ Jurisdiction in Punjab & Haryana High Court, Chandigarh and State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission’s for the states of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh. He is also a registered Trademark Attorney with certifications from World Intellectual Property organization, Geneva, Switzerland.
Role:
He is looking for an Advocate having work experience of not less than 1 year.
Responsibilities:
- He or She shall be responsible for Drafting of Appeals,Written Arguments, research on relevant statues and precedent.
And, - address oral submissions mainly before State Consumer Commission, Haryana at Panchkula and before Punjab and Haryana High Court.
Note:
- Preference shall be given to who are resident of Panchkula or Zirakpur.
- Remuneration no bar for deserving candidates.
