Role:
Fidus Law Chambers is hiring Associate in the Trademarks Team
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree in law from notable law schools/universities. Graduates from law schools featured in top 20 by National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2020 will be preferred.
- Top 10% of the class
Experience:
- 2-3 years PQE in an Intellectual Property firm in Delhi or Mumbai.
- Candidates must possess deep knowledge of Indian Trademark law and procedure (both prosecution and contentious) before the Trademark Office
- Excellent writing and speaking skills, strong interpersonal skills and should be a team player.
Job description:
- Drafting trademark search reports, responses to examination reports, drafting and reviewing oppositions, cancellations and legal notices, attending hearings before the Trademark Office, rendering practical and commercial savvy advise to clients.
- Knowledge and experience of handling international trademark filings/Madrid filings is desirable.
