ZEUS Law Associates Recruiting Senior Associate /Associate in Corporate Team.
Qualification:
LL.B. from a recognized University 4
Experience:
2 to 5 years
Candidate should be:
- Experienced in handling corporate commercial contracts, SHA, SPA & transactional agreements.
- Well-versed with the legal nuances of corporate transactional work, including foreign exchange management and company law
issues. - Exceptional at contractual drafting, client communication, and contract negotiation, with keen attention to detail. Able to work cooperatively with the team, as well as, autonomously, and meet deadlines as per the requirement of the assignment.
