Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- License to practice law from the State Bar Association.
- 0-1 years PQE.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Should be skilled at legal research and analysis
- Should preferably have knowledge of Telugu
Role:
Looking for a talented lawyer to assist in managing all our company’s legal transactions, disputes partnerships, and projects. The principal goal is to guarantee that all of their company’s transactions comply with state laws and regulations while actively helping the company to avoid possible legal risks and violations. Other duties include consulting on and assisting in all corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits. The candidate needs to have outstanding negotiation and communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new business partnerships, Negotiate deals with vendors and subcontractors of the company.
- Assist in design and oversight of the company’s policy and position on legal matters.
- Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues as needed.
- Carry out detailed research to examine the legal issues related to all company affairs.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings. Prepare appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
